Sabily Collection informs you that shipments of products from the website www.sabilycollection.com are managed by two teams in two different countries. Indeed, the two branches ship your packages from two locations, which explains that you will receive two packages separately on different dates if your order is for products stored partly in one country and the other.

Your packages will be prepared and shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. They will be sent to you from France with the colissimo service followed (without signature). You may request a delivery against signature by contacting customer service, however additional fees will apply.

When part of your order is in the second country, your order will be shipped with the Flexipack International service with a delivery time of 6 to 11 days. Whatever the shipping method, we will send you a tracking number with a link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package online.

Please note that you have the option to choose express delivery with DHL, UPS or EMS services, for this please contact customer service to inform them of the shipping method that suits you. It should be noted that additional fees will be charged to readjust our shipping rates to those of the chosen carrier.

We inform you that our shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal charges. They can include a fixed part and a variable part according to the weight of your parcel.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and SabilyCollection is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
When we receive your order we’ll send you a confirmation email of your purchase. This will contain an invoice number of the item/s and its cost.

We send the orders to France, Europe and the Worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of each package.

2. Return

We offer you the possibility to return your products under certain conditions.
When the reference you received is not the one you ordered. You then have 7 days to send us an e-mail to customer service using the contact form to report the incident and we will send you a prepaid label as soon as possible to proceed with the exchange with the right product.

– For hygienic reasons, we can not accept returns on perfume oils, musks and oils of ‘Oud. This is because of the risk of contamination and to guarantee to all our customers the new condition of all our products. Indeed, a product used becomes an unsellable product.

– If you want to return a compliant but unwanted product, which is new in its box in blister you can then return it (us) until 7 days after its reception in order to proceed to an exchange or to a refund. The date of dispatch of the return parcel is authentic.

Frankincense (Oud and Oliban) can not be returned or exchanged when used. That’s why we suggest you buy a small amount of ‘Oud (5g) and Oliban (10g) to test our products.

We inform you that the withdrawal period is 7 days from receipt of your order.

Sale, discount or promotion products will not be refunded but only exchanged or returned in exchange for credit to be used on our website.

If you want to return your product (s), follow these instructions:
1. I contact customer service by filling out the contact form to inform them of my product return
2. I correctly pack my product (s) to prevent it from breaking or getting damaged during shipping:
– I am careful to stall the products in a thick package or at best in the original package.
– I write on free paper my order number and the reason of my return.
3. I ship my package at my expense, to the return address that the customer service will have previously indicated.

Upon receipt, we verify your product (s) in accordance with our Return Policy, available in our Terms and Conditions.
If the product is compliant, ie it is new and in its original packaging, we will refund you via your original method of payment or with a credit corresponding to the purchase amount of your product(s).
Otherwise, we will not be able to refund the product (s). We will therefore be obliged to send it back to you at your expense.
